We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item, you may return it within the conditions described below.
This Return Policy applies to all orders placed through www.court-four.com
1. Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days after receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at: info@court-four.com
Once we confirm your request, you may return the item(s) to us.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn

Unwashed

Free from stains, odours, pet hair, or damage

In original condition

With all original tags and packaging still attached
We cannot accept returns that:

Show visible signs of wear

Contain makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume smell, or damage

Are missing original tags

Were purchased as final sale (if applicable)
If a returned item does not meet these requirements, we may reject the return or offer a partial refund.
3. Return Period
Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
Returns received after the return window may be refused.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot refund items that do not reach our warehouse.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds will cover the full purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding:

Return shipping costs
If the product is not returned in its original condition, we may reduce the refund value in accordance with EU law.
6. Exchanges
We do offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact our customer service team first at info@court-four.com
We will confirm availability and provide you with the correct instructions.
Please note:

Items must meet all standard return conditions (unworn, unwashed, original tags attached).

Exchanges are only processed after we receive and inspect the original item.

If the desired item is not in stock, we will issue a refund instead.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: info@court-four.com

A description of the issue

Photos of the product and packaging
We will quickly resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Sale items marked “Final Sale”

Underwear, socks, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons), unless unopened and unused
