This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Order changes & cancellations

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@court-four.com..

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 6 hours after purchase. After this window, your order may already have moved into processing and we can no longer guarantee that changes or cancellations are possible.

3. Shipping Times

After your order has been processed, delivery typically takes:

3–6 business days, depending on the destination country.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 3–5 business days

  • Belgium: 3–6 business days

  • Germany: 3–6 business days

  • Rest of EU: 4–7 business days

  • United Kingdom: 4–7 business days

Please note:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, public holidays, or high-volume periods.


4. Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the courier.

If the tracking shows no movement after several days, please contact us and we will investigate.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders that are lost due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing information

  • Unreachable recipient

If the package is returned to us, we can resend it once the correct address is confirmed (additional shipping costs may apply).


7. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at: info@court-four.com

We will open an investigation with the carrier.
A replacement or refund will be issued if the courier confirms that the package is lost.


8. Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • The packaging

  • The damaged product

  • The shipping label

We will arrange a replacement or refund.


9. Split shipments

To ensure faster delivery, your items may arrive in separate parcels.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
